Delivery
Every order is made-to-measure, and travels to you on its own consignment. At checkout you'll see a delivery estimate based on the size of your order; the exact figure is confirmed on your balance invoice before dispatch, and settled before delivery. We deliver across the UK, kerbside, on an agreed date, with notice before arrival.
What it costs. As a guide: from £120 for one or two products, from £220 for three to six, and from £380 for larger orders. Distance and the size of the pieces move that figure, which is why the exact cost is confirmed on your balance invoice before anything leaves the workshop.
How long it takes. Our products are delivered on an eight-week lead time as standard, counted from the day you approve your production drawings.
Returns and remakes
This is the question everyone asks about made-to-measure — here's our honest answer.
- If you measured yourself. It's extremely rare to make a mistake if you follow our step-by-step guide (read it here) — but if a measurement turns out to be wrong, you won't pay full price twice: we re-make the window at cost price, which is 70% of the list price.
- Arrived faulty or damaged? Then we replace it for free, no questions asked.
- Not certain? Book a measuring visit. For a fixed £249, a professional measures every opening — and we guarantee the fit. If it doesn't fit, the re-make is on us.
- If we get it wrong, we re-make your window free and put it at the front of the queue.
Each window is made to your measurements, and orders can't be cancelled for change of mind once production starts — so we've made it as safe as possible to get the measurements right.
Cancellations
Mistakes happen, and renovations get paused and cancelled. If you update us with any changes before production begins, we'll update the product specification for free. If production has already begun and you need to cancel, we'll only charge you the balance on the cost of the product, which is 70% of the list price.
