Who we share it with. Only what each needs: our manufacturing workshop (dimensions and specifications — not your contact details unless a delivery requires it); delivery carriers (name, address, phone); Stripe (payments); our email and hosting providers. No data is sold. Where a processor is outside the UK, transfers rely on adequacy or standard contractual clauses.

Retention. Order records: 6 years (tax and guarantee). Unconverted quotes/projects: 24 months. Marketing consents: until withdrawn.
