Our guarantees

What's covered: every window and door we make is covered from the day it's delivered. If a covered fault appears in normal use, we'll repair or replace the affected part without quibbling.

What's not covered: damage from misuse, accident or alteration; natural timber movement within industry tolerance; wear to moving parts like cords and fittings; and paint weathering where maintenance guidance hasn't been followed. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
